 Return & Cancellation Policies

Original Art Policy: All original art sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Print Exchange & Return Policy: All Art Print sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are "made to order". We do allow exchanges only within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for prints in undamaged condition. You may exchange a print for another print of equal or greater value. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange, paying any difference in price, and will be charged a 5% restocking fee based on the price of the original print(s) being exchanged.

Print Cancellation Policy: All Art Print sales are final. Art Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order". Prints are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order. Due to costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been printed, a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your cancelled order will be deducted from your refund.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen framed artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.

Seconds Sale or any other sale: All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Shipping and Processing Policies

Currently we ONLY ship to the Continental U.S

Print Order Processing Time: This refers to the time it takes for us to receive your order and print / prepare it for shipping. This typically falls in the range of 5-10 business days, depending on how busy we are. Estimated shipping times at checkout are in addition to our order processing time.

Domestic Shipping Policy: Currently we ONLY ship to the Continental U.S. All original artwork has a flat rate shipping price. Shipping for prints 12x16 and smaller is calculated and charged at checkout with a variety of services to choose from for shipping your prints. All "original artwork" and replica prints have a fixed flat rate price and will be sent USPS Priority or an equivalent service. All "original artwork" and "framed replica prints" are insured when shipped.

Free Shipping: When free shipping is offered it is only available for domestic orders within the United States. Free Shipping only applies to loose prints, cards and stickers. Free shipping does not apply to original artwork or canvas wrapped replica prints unless otherwise indicated.  

Incorrect Shipping Information: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% re-print charge based on the value of the print to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork.The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
